Terms and Conditions – Elysian Bliss Travel

Welcome to Elysian Bliss Travel. By booking a trip with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before confirming your reservation.

1. Booking and Confirmation

• All bookings must be made through our official channels (website, authorized agents, or in person).

• A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of full or partial payment as specified during the reservation process.

• Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information during booking.

2. Payment Policy

• Payment methods accepted include bank transfer, credit/debit card, or mobile payment (where applicable).

• Full payment must be made before the departure date. Failure to pay in full may result in automatic cancellation without refund.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled departure time.

• No refunds or credits will be issued for cancellations made less than 48 hours before departure or for no-shows.

• Certain trips may have specific non-refundable elements (e.g., entry tickets, hotel bookings); these will be clearly communicated during booking.

• Elysian Bliss Travel reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any tour due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, clients will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.

4. Travel Insurance

• Elysian Bliss Travel does not issue or provide travel insurance.

• Clients are strongly advised to arrange their own comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellations, medical expenses, personal belongings, and other unforeseen events.

5. Responsibility and Liability

• Elysian Bliss Travel acts solely as an agent for the services provided by third-party vendors (e.g., hotels, transportation providers, tour operators) and is not liable for any injury, loss, damage, delay, or irregularity that may occur during the trip.

• Clients participate in all activities at their own risk. It is the traveler’s responsibility to judge their own physical capability and health status before engaging in any trip or activity.

6. Travel Documents and Requirements

• It is the client’s responsibility to ensure all necessary travel documents (valid passport, visas, vaccinations, etc.) are obtained prior to travel.

• Elysian Bliss Travel will not be held responsible for any losses or additional costs due to incomplete or invalid documentation.

7. Code of Conduct

• Travelers are expected to behave respectfully and responsibly throughout the tour. Any misconduct or behavior that disrupts the experience of others may result in removal from the tour without refund.

• Clients must adhere to local laws, customs, and regulations of the countries and regions visited.

8. Photographs and Media

• Elysian Bliss Travel may use photos and videos taken during tours for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to appear in such materials, please inform us in writing before your trip begins.

9. Amendments and Updates

• These Terms and Conditions may be updated without prior notice. Clients are advised to review them regularly. The version applicable to your booking is the one in effect at the time of payment.
