At Elysian Bliss Travel, we understand that plans can change. To ensure a smooth experience for our valued customers, we have outlined our cancellation policy below:
Cancellation & Refund Terms

All tour cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to our customer service team.

Upon receiving your cancellation request, Elysian Bliss Travel will process your refund within 72 hours.

Please note: All refunds will be issued excluding a non-refundable service fee. This fee covers administrative and processing costs.

Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment used during booking.
Important Notes

No-shows or cancellations made after the departure time are not eligible for a refund.

If your tour includes third-party bookings (e.g., hotels, airlines, local operators), additional cancellation fees may apply in accordance with their policies.
